LAKE SAWYER CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
Rental Rates and Information
Rental fee $250 - Damage/Cleaning fee $500
1) Only members of the LSCC in good standing may rent the facility or co-host with non-members for events/private parties.
2) The legal number of persons allowed in the clubhouse at any one time is 155.
3) Tenant shall be given a list of responsibilities/requirements to be completed before leaving the clubhouse.
