LSCC Minutes for Board Meeting
June 14, 2000
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM. Present were Ulla, Don, Robert, Dave, Allan and Sue. Absent were Sam and Janie.
- Minutes from May were approved.
- The Treasurer’s Report was approved. So far, 74 people have paid their membership for this year.
- Park: Sharon Claussen recently contacted Dave regarding the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the Park at the south end of the lake. A letter will be going out shortly regarding possible park activity.
- Web-site: We discussed and voted to charge $20 per quarter for a standard sized web-site ad or $70 for an annual rate.
- Dock Parties: August 27th at the Ross home and July 30 at either the Peterson’s or a volunteer that has not yet come forward.
- Newsletter: The newsletter will be out by the first of the week with all the 4th of July activities.
- 4th of July: we discussed the schedule for the activities surrounding the 4th of July and reviewed the prizes to be distributed.
- We will not meet in July and our next meeting will be August 9th.
