AnnouncementsInvasive Weeds Near Lake Sawyer
Primarily the south end of the lake, especially the Regional Park, is battling a Class A noxious weed called Garlic Mustard. It is highly invasive and grows in a wide variety of landscapes. You are required under state law to remove this plant from your property if it is found. Tom Erler of King County can help with the plants removal and is assigned to our region to manage this weed and other invasive species in our area. Winter and early spring is the time to pull and bag this plant! Tom's contact info is [email protected] / (206) 482-9521. |
