Lake Sawyer Community Club Membership

Full membership with voting privileges is open to those owning lots abutting Lake Sawyer or its outlet, which are of a suitable size to build a single family dwelling according to the Building Codes of King County. Voluntary dues of $75 per year per household fund the various activities and community events held each year.

​Dues can be paid by Venmo or clicking the button(below) or by filling out a Membership Application and mailing it to PO Box 191, Black Diamond, WA 98010 along with a check for $75. Black Diamond Community Center Donation

During our annual Santa Boat event, the LSCC collects donations on behalf of the Black Diamond Community Center (BDCC). All proceeds are given to the BDCC to support community members and seniors in need. Thank you! The tax ID for the BDCC is 91-1111686. The LSCC is also a non-profit, tax ID 91-6060923.

July 4th Activities/Fireworks Donations 

Each year the LSCC raises money to fund our 7 events and  fireworks show on the 4th of July. Click the link to pay donations online or donations can be paid via check to PO Box 191, Black Diamond, WA 98010. Donation levels are as follows: 
  • Bronze: $1 - $99
  • Silver: $100 - $199 
  • Gold: $200 - $499
  • ​Platinum: $500+
The LSCC coordinates events for residents and visitors to enjoy. Consider making a general donation to the LSCC to contribute to the costs. Thank you!  
We have t-shirts and quarter zip sweatshirts available in exchange for a donation. We DO NOT ship. Apparel is available at various LSCC events and this link should only be used as a method of online donations. We do not do online orders!
