LSCC Clubhouse Rentals through Party Magic 


Our Community Clubhouse is no longer available for rent through us. You can now rent the newly updated space from Party Magic. Party Magic is a local event specialist that can take the logistics and stress off of your next event by hosting your next shower, birthday or custom event. 

Pricing for rentals through Party Magic: 

3 hours $450 (cleaning fee included)
10 hours $1100 (cleaning fee included)
$100 for every additional hour
$200 refundable damage deposit

Rental includes use of kitchen, tables, chairs and bluetooth speaker with mic jack. Additional items can be rented for a fee.

Clubhouse Amenities/Specifications

The Clubhouse floor is hardwood and great for dancing, meetings and celebrations. There are clean, spacious restrooms, and a wall of mirrors in the main room. All the main area lights are on dimmers so lighting can be adjusted to suit your mood. Additional specifications: 
  • The group size limit is 97 people.
  • Clubhouse is 1600 square feet with the main area approximately 54' x 30' with double doors at both ends of the room.
  • There are 20 quality folding tables (96' x 30") and 100 matching folding chairs available on-site.​
Kitchen 
The kitchen features two full size stoves, a large refrigerator, a microwave, dual stainless steel sinks, and a counter top pass-through to the main area.

Restroom Facilities
The men's and women's restrooms have porcelain tile and sinks. The women's restroom has two separate enclosures with enough area to double as a small dressing room.

​LSCC Member Rentals

Q. What dates are available to rent for LSCC Members? 
Please select a date that is at least 90 days in advance of today's date or else availability will be subject to Party Magic's availability. 

Q. Can I become an LSCC member and get the reduced rental rate?
Membership is limited to owners and renters of properties abutting Lake Sawyer per the LSCC Bylaws. If you are eligible to become a member, visit the Membership/Donate page to become current on your dues, residency will be verified.   

Q. Is there a contract to rent the Clubhouse?
Yes. Every LSCC Member renter will need to read and sign the contract. Review the contract here: Rental Contract

Q. What are my responsibilities as a Renter?
There is a Rental Book at the Clubhouse that provides you with a "how to" guide while renting. It also includes Closing Instructions.

Q. Is there Wifi? 
No. Service can be limited with certain mobile carriers as well. Please have playlists, presentations, etc. downloaded.  ​​ 

Q. Is there Air Conditioning? 
No, please be mindful of this when booking the Clubhouse for summer events. ​​ 

Q. What about DJs, live, or loud music? 
No professional DJs or live music are allowed at events. We request that music be off by 10 pm to be respectful of nearby neighbors. Please follow these rules as you risk complaints to local law enforcement should noise become a nuisance to neighbors close by.   

Q. We are planning to serve alcohol, are there permits required? 
You are responsible for obtaining a permit for your event per Washington State regulations. The most common type of permit required for event use is a Banquet Permit. 

Q. How much parking is on site? 
The parking lot can accommodate about 25 cars. ​
